The neighborhood
DELTA’s name is inspired by one of Kyoto's most iconic landscapes, locally referred to as the Kamogawa Delta, the confluence of the Kamogawa and Takanogawa rivers. The DELTA building is located a short stroll from the river's edge in the heart of a famous shotengaï (shopping arcade), the Masugata Shotengaï.
In the surroundings, guests can try a great variety of local foods or take-out to prepare in the small kitchen of the stay. With many great dining options in the vicinity, guests will be satisfied with the choice and depth of Kyoto Food Culture. DELTA Gallery & Café on the first/ground floor of the building offers coffee all day, with lunch every day, except Monday and Tuesday. Open from 11am to 6pm on Wednesday,* Thursday*, Sunday. And from 11am to 9pm Friday and Saturday. *Dinner is possible on request. Room service is also possible.
Check-in is possible from 3pm, and check-out until noon. We can occasionally offer early check in or late check-out.
