Having spent summers with family in Osaka during his childhood years, Andrew has always loved Japan from a very young age. With his uncle teaching him to surf at age 10, one of his favourite things about Japan continues to be its seaside and beaches.

Whilst completing his research thesis in Kyoto on Japanese Hip-Hop, Andrew had the opportunity to experience and immerse himself in Japan’s music and fashion scene, nightlife and a side of Japan most wouldn’t typically associate with its traditional character. If you are particularly interested in visiting the Kansai area, Andrew is the person to talk to!

Louise

Louise has always loved Japan and even lived there for a year. As a solo female traveler, she offers great advice for those feeling intimidated about traveling alone.
