A transportation and communication hub
With a shopping center, an information center and an underground station, Kamiya-cho Shareo has offered both easy access to public transportation and cafes, restaurants, small shops, and banks since 2001.
You can find a tourist information center open from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm every day. They will be happy to provide you with information about the weather, different activities, events, festivals, public transport, and shopping in Hiroshima. The reception staff speak English. The refined architecture allows for pleasant walks in the "streets" of the main underground mall. You will also find the entry to two tram lines, and three entrances to stations on the major Hiroden Ujina Line and bus stations as well.
