Soh Soh 草草
Natural and organic
In a chic street below Matsuyama Castle, lined with antique shops and other charming stores, we find Soh Soh. An elegant yet inexpensive restaurant, with refined decor: dark wood and bamboo furnishings, local ceramics and lacquered dishes.
Most of the menu is vegetarian, and changes with the seasons - tasty tempura vegetables (sweet potato, broccoli, eggplant), brown rice topped with cabbage and turnips, daikon radish stuffed tofu, cucumber, shiitake mushrooms ... But Soh Soh is not averse to adding some fish and seafood, such as delicious mackerel (sawara), served as sashimi or fried, or tofu and shrimp stuffed gyoza.
Soh Soh offers delicious cuisine and friendly service in an pleasant atmosphere. And it's non-smoking too! It has also now opened a second branch, opposite Matsuyama Station.
