Le Bouchon
Little piece of France in Japanese land
A jovial counter chef, a Lyon stopper-style decor with white and red checkered tablecloths set the tone at this cute little French restaurant...
Le Bouchon is a great place for those who wish to indulge in French cuisine, not far from the vibrance of Teramachi street. The dishes echo the French atmosphere, prices very reasonable to the satisfaction of its customers.
In the evening, a full menu for 2,500 yen ($21.50/19€) offers a choice of starters, main courses, and homemade desserts that are sure to satisfy the most discriminating... It smells good of the land, in the dining room, and the nearby kitchen. On weekends, a reservation is necessary when ex-pats from the city flock at lunchtime. Unmissable, the house paté, the hearty bass-rib accompanied by French fries, and seasonal fruit tart can be devoured without notice. The chocolate mousse alone deserves high praise! As for wines, there's a variety sure to please everyone.
