For all sushi fans who want to surprise their taste buds, the Beeat restaurant is revisiting the concept in the form of burritos in an original way.

By betting on the marriage between Mexican and Japanese cuisine, the Beeat restaurant is revolutionizing Japanese traditions. Because the result of the merger between the two great specialties, the sushi , and burritos (a wheat flour pancake topped and rolled), is both surprising and tasty. This new dish, already introduced in the United States, Europe and continental Asia, is thus arriving for the first time in Tokyo. The new restaurant opened in November 2018 in Akihabara , stronghold of technology enthusiasts in the capital. To push originality even further, the establishment has also relied on the concept of fast food by imagining an automated restaurant ...
